Victoria ruth
Victoria Ruth discovered her passion for dance at the age of seven while training at the Canadian Dance Company under the direction of Allain Lupien. She possesses a diverse background in Classical Ballet/ Pointe, Tap, Acro, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, and Large Group Productions. Victoria has competed at an international level, securing numerous awards for her solo, duet, trio, and line performances across North America. She deepened her knowledge base and skills through the University of Toronto (Mississauga)'s Dance Team where she trained for two years. Victoria also served as an Assistant Captain and choreographer for the team.
Over the past six years, Victoria has shared her love for dance by teaching at various studios across Ontario. Known for crafting one-of-a-kind and captivating routines, she has received numerous Judges' Choice Awards, Choreography Awards, and Overall Titles. Beyond her teaching duties, Victoria continues to hone her craft by training with Toronto's elite instructors and attending the Toronto Dance Teacher Expo. She is also an active member of the Alixa Flexibility method, staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices. Victoria assumed the role of assistant choreographer for the Canada Galaxy Pageant in 2023, crafting a memorable opening number. Her passion for dance has also led her to perform for two professional sports teams: the Toronto Wolfpack (RLFC) and the Toronto Rock (NLL) as a Rock City Dancer. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes dedication, hard work, and instilling belief in her students' potential. Victoria is thrilled to share her passion for dance with the world!
